PositiveThe staff were friendly and helpful. The residents in the dining room seemed content. Because we had misunderstood the timing we did not do a tour but did get floor plans. It was clean and neat. The interaction between staff and resident seemed friendly but not as good as some other facilities we've visited.

I would definitely recommend to others. The staff was friendly, there were plenty of activities for the residents. They made sure my mom felt comfortable and introduced her to the other residents helping her make friends. The staff were very friendly and it was the closest location to my house. I looked at several and this one felt the most inviting.

PositiveThe staff here is very nice. They are helpful and well trained. The building entrance had way dining room are always neat, clean and well maintained. Food is usually very good with several choices.

I think my loved one is pretty happy with everything, except they are totally unhappy with the one meal per day. It's always cold and the restaurant staff isn't very nice when my loved one askes them to heat it up. I think it's a good place for senior living. We picked this community because of the location and price. [name removed] in the office goes above and beyond! She's a great asset to that community

Wish we could have done it sooner. Activities program is wonderful, she has gotten involved in more activities. She even has located an old friend whom she has reconnected with and is enjoying many activities. Overall everything has been fantastic.
