PositiveA new start.
Have been here for one month and am settling in. Staff have been very helpful in the process. Room is clean, bright and well set up. Having a full kitchen is a huge plus as well as fridge and microwave. Bathroom is adequate as well as plenty of storage space. All things considered this was an excellent choice for me.

Overall it was a very good experience. However someone took [name removed] motorized scooter and it was practically brand new. We were NOT happy with how it was handled and that no compensation was even offered to us!

My mother is currently a resident at Fairwinds Ivey Ranch and everything has been very good for her so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The activities are also great. I would definitely recommend Fairwinds to others.

PositiveThrilled with our choice!
All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of staff members on site at all times, so I am confident in the care/assistance that my mom is receiving. They have several sizes of apartments to choose from. We chose the studio size, which is plenty big enough for a full size bed, dinette set and recliner chair.

PositiveI toured with Fairwinds Ivey Ranch and I did not like the whole layout of the facility. Everything was very spread out and far apart. In order to get to meals, activities, etc. residents have to walk from building to building in an open causeway. This was the drawback for us and the reason we did not choose them.
