PositiveMy overall experience with them. It's very good. They have activities and are very close to the hospital. Restaurants nearby and central locations for us.

PositiveThe housekeeping staff are terrific individuals and keep this place spotless. They even came in and cleaned a spot on the carpet where I spilled and I can't get down on the floor. No charge. CriticalI had initially toured this facility before COVID. Their area for assisted living was beautiful. I recently went back looking particularly at their memory care units for my father. I was so disappointed. There was an terrible smell throughout the unit. The carpets were stained. The residents that I saw were just sitting around looking unengaged. It reminded me of nursing homes back in the 70's.

PositiveThe only issues we have had is the billing as they are charging more than what is needed for our loved one. We have had to dispute this with them. They were able to rectify the situation quickly once it was brought to the attention. The food is inconsistent in taste for my loved one. The staff are friendly along with the residents.

PositiveFairwinds Spokane felt like a grand hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was just way too big for our loved one's needs. The person who led our tour was really hospitable and nice though, and she took us and showed us around everywhere.
