Happy Dad is here

The facility is welcoming. Clean. Staff is friendly. Dads only complaint is bland food. Absolutely would recommend to others.

The meeting with Rianna and tour went well. The residence was clean and the common areas were furnished nicely. There were more residents in the common areas at this facility than any other. It could have been time and the fact it was St. Patrick’s day, but all seemed to be having fun, enjoying the festivities. The apartments were nice, but in all honesty, apartments varied little from facility to facility. Overall, it would definitely be a place to consider for my mother.

Really really like it. Great energy. Good people. Definitely would recommend to others! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Fairwinds review

It's not home and has been an adjustment but for what it is it's fine. I chose Fairwinds mainly for 2 reasons. Because of my eyesight I had to give up my license. They have transportation for medical appointments. There are rules which I have found easy to work with. The second is that meal times are flexible within two hours. It was an adjustment to the hours and food. Like I said before, it's not home. Any move from years of independence to depending on others for almost everything is an adjustment no matter wh…

One Man's Experience

Continuous staffing shortages need to be corrected. Better support from Corporate management. Better leadership from dining room management, including ordering food from suppliers. Local management struggles, in my opinion. Site CEO supports waiter staffing with occasional appearance to help in dining room. Bus transport adequate. Driver is competent and friendly.

Happy with our choice

I think they really need to improve on the food quality and the consistency. The apartment sizes here are very adequate for what I need. I would recommend Fairwinds - Woodward Park to others looking for retirement living. We have been overall happy with our choice to move here.
