★★★★★
PositiveThe staff seem friendly to us when we visit and to my mother-in-law when we see them interact with her. She doesn't really get involved in any activities sadly so I can't say anything about those yet. She enjoys the food and it was decent when we ate with her before. It is like a little restaurant they can order from and gives them a sense of normalcy. The assisted living side is where we are and it always appears clean and smells fine. PositiveThe person doing the tour was professional and friendly. I appreciated the time she spent with me. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The apartments were larger than anywhere else I've been and include a complete kitchen, which is great. The surrounding area was nice. I could definitely see myself here.

The apartment also has a small electric stove. Rooms are nice size and there is lots of storage/closet space. They have a nice meal service too. Relative says food is pretty decent. Transportation to shopping is scheduled to various places on a rotating basis each week. Downside is lack of "as needed" transportation. Has to be on Thursdays and scheduled in advance.…

The community of Pendleton is also involved in showing that they care. Just this week an eighth grade class came to visit us. They made and brought beautiful throws for us. They stayed an hour to interact and visit with us. For Hal…

PositiveFall Creek Retirement village is in a convenient location that easy to find. And the appearance is pleasing and a hometown feel including the staff and residents. We chose it to be close distance from home and like the welcoming feeling.
★★★★★
PositiveWe really like this facility, very clean, friendly staff. And was the best as far as location for mom.
