Not the best Clean Nice staff Not as good as it could be/they seem to have a high turn over Admin is ok Food is ok He does not do much social activities This is costing [remoed]k a month and he only has a studio that is way over priced

Our family's experience

Mom isn't involved much with activities at the building. She has attended some drives and a few activities which she enjoyed. She did have an exercise program but the staff don't seem to be helping her with. Have witnessed many staff sitting together, even nail painting together but not interacting with residents. Almost double the cost of MC in Idaho, for a double room.

They have great staff. The staff is caring, food is good, the place is new and clean. On the downside, they lost a lot of my mom's clothes, blankets and shoes, hat, jacket, sunglasses. They don't have a good system for laundry.

I recommend for your loved one

For me, it was great. My mother does not want to go back because she thinks she does not have memory issues (she does, but not as bad as many of those staying there), and she was frustrated that she could not talk to the other residents because most of them had high memory loss. The place always seemed clean to me. I heard no complaints on this from my mother. The staff were always nice, friendly, and helpful to me. I toured Fieldstone Memory Care of Silverdale and the facility was very nice. It's a new facility and was pretty spiffy. I toured several in the area and this facility was one of the newest ones.

It's Right Off The Freeway

This is a brand new community and very nice. The staff is very attentive and works with my loved one and family to ensure our loved one's health is taken care of. The staff communication with the family has been great. The community is willing to work with the resident's dietary restrictions.
