★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are great & responsive when there's an issue. They're great in activities, food & interacting with mom. Weekly cleaning is great, and the tiers of support are working, as life changes..overall its a wonderful place.. we've had an issue, and have been working with the staff to get it resolved. They are the best place we could have her live & feel good.. mom's apartment has plenty of room and she was able to keep her pet. Everyone is friendly even the residents.
★★★★★
PositiveThis is an excellent facility with great food and caring staff. I stayed for 31 days while my primary caregiver was traveling, and I felt welcomed by both residents and staff. The other residents were engaging and interesting. The staff helped me to meet other residents, as I am blind and wouldn't know who was around me. The recreation director was outstanding. He helped me to find many delightful activites that I could participate in, and helped me to engage with others.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very helpful.. they just started meetings on Alzheimer's for family & residents which is real helpful.. my mother in law loves the option of the bar & the restaurant food is good. There are cookies n snack for residents they can access throughout the day.. they have fun excursions, and activities. They keep us informed very well too..
★★★★★
PositiveThey take great care of our mom, and she's adapting, but she likes to go places, but hasn't driven in 20 years. She's used to more activity. I'd like them to have more activities outside the fieldstone location.. The staff are wonderful, helpful & have been very accommodating.. we struggled with aid of finding doctor, dentist eye doctor, when we moved my mom in law. Still working through some of it..
★★★★★
PositiveI toured Fieldstone Memory Care and it was a nice tour. The facility was nice and new. It was pretty spiffy. I toured several in the area and this facility was one of the newest ones.
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend this facility to family and friends. It's expensive, though.
