Four Seasons at Ashburn Village is comprised of 80 condominiums and was developed by K. Hovnanian in 2005. These secure condo buildings require a code for access and have elevators connecting the parking levels to the living areas. Ashburn Village is situated in Loudoun County, which is dubbed "D.C.'s Wine Country" and is home to over 23 wineries. Some of the area still maintains a rural character with historic sites and homes dotting the countryside. Regardless, residents of Four Seasons at Ashburn Village find themselves in close proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, medical facilities, and airports. Four Seasons at Ashburn Village Amenities The 3,500 square-foot clubhouse of Four Seasons at Ashburn Village provides an exercise room, multi-purpose rooms, a lounge, and more. In addition, residents of age-restricted Four Seasons have access to Ashburn Village's recreation centers. These include softball and baseball fields, soccer fields, tot lots and outdoor swimming pools. There are even more amenities at the 32,130 square-foot Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion such as indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities, sauna and steam rooms, as well as a full-size gymnasium with bleachers. The pavilion grounds also include tennis courts and a marina and pier for non-motorized boating. Eight lakes and ponds stocked for fishing and plenty of walking and biking trails are included in the 500 acres of open outdoor space at Ashburn Village. Four Seasons at Ashburn Village Homes & Real Estate There three three low-maintenance buildings that include 80 condominiums in Four Seasons at Ashburn Village. These were built by K. Hovnanian in 2005 and offer between 1,606 and 2,712 square feet of living space. Residents are assigned one parking spot per unit in the covered parking areas. All homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, the condos in Four Seasons at Ashburn Village feature hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with center islands, and luxury baths. Some of the units have optional sunrooms that feature 270 degree views. Condos are available on a resale basis and will also feature individual upgrades from the previous owners. Four Seasons at Ashburn Village Lifestyle Many of the residents of Four Seasons at Ashburn Village are still employed. The location makes it perfect for active adults who need to commute to Washington D.C. or the surrounding area, but want to come home to a worry-free environment without the inflated home prices of the desirable Washington D.C. locale. In addition, the area around Four Seasons at Ashburn Village gives residents a charming, rural flair with modern conveniences. With the abundance of on-site amenities, residents will find no need to venture outside the community for activities, if they so desire. However, history buffs and wine lovers will love to explore the surrounding area. Area Four Seasons at Ashburn Village is located in Loudoun County, about 35 miles west of Washington D.C. With over 23 wineries in Loudoun County there are plenty of opportunities to go wine tasting, or to simply admire the beautiful orchards in the serene countryside of northern Virginia. There are also plenty of sites dating back to the Civil War in this historic part of the nation. Some of these include Antietam, Bull Run, and Harper's Ferry. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby scenic Skyline Drive, which has been designated a National Scenic Byway.
