CriticalDisappointing
My Mother moved into Fox Ridge about 3 months ago. I feel we were misled about transportation to physician appointments. My Mother has macular degeneration and can no longer drive. We were told transportation would not be an issue. That is not the case. Fox Ridge relies on public transportation for appointments. Fortunately, I have been able to take off work to take her to appointments, but we were led to believe that transportation would be provided. (Fox Ridge has their own busses/vans, so I don't understand why …

PositiveI have been here under a year. I love the people here and enjoy some of the staff. The dinning service could be improved but getting better . The staff tries to help me the best they can , sometimes I’m a lot to handle though .
