When we realized that assisted living was no longer the choice for our mother we were given Frances Ransom’s name as a possible “fit” for her. After visiting several locations, we found ourselves at Frances’ home care facility. We were given a tour of the facility, an overview of the what our responsibilities would be if we decided to move our mother and what Frances saw as her responsibility to our mother. Our mom was in an assisted living facility and was not doing well. We needed to find another place quickly before her health failed more. Frances’ home was one of three places we toured.
