PositiveFreedom Village has everything anyone would want or need. The people are friendly, there are many programs and activities. The health care support is superb. The food is very good, with many choices daily. We both really feel like we made a great choice. We can walk to down town Holland, a very charming town, which offers plenty of activities also. the tulip festival is a huge undertaking by Holland. Tulips everywhere with millions of people descending on the town. We have a wonderful gym, pool, and many other desi…

CriticalWe regret ever buying into Freedom Village. The sales team did an excellent job of painting a rosy picture, making it seem like we were investing in a facility that would make life easier and provide a wide range of reliable services throughout every stage of care. A real advantage is the transportation options offered. A large bus is available for day trips, beach walks, Hope college basketball or concerts; smaller vans, so…

PositiveEveryone we've met here really loves it. Great location. You can walk to town in 3 minutes and it's situated on a large park, Windows on the Waterfront.

PositiveWe are loving it. Better than we expected. Food is good. Lots of variety. Have been responsive to all our requests for fixing up the things we've asked for on our apt. Friendly residents and staff. Lots to do. Great little city of holland.

CriticalWe toured this community. the staff was nice and they seemed to care about what we needed for mom. The community was clean and the had a lot to offer. The menu was appealing and they offered a list of activities. We did not want a community that was big for my mom.We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.
