1. I'm very impressed with the GC staff, and the level of attention and genuine care they demonstrate with the residents. 2. CriticalIncredibly disappointed at how it all turned out
We were so disappointed when the care giving staff of Garden Courte did not inform us when my father's condition changed to "actively dying". They did call hospice, but did not feel the need to reach out to us. This meant that no one was present when my father passed away a few hours after the Garden Courte staff called hospice. Garden Courte Memory Care was one of three facilities in the greater Olympia area we looked into. All were very clean, consistent in Medicaid plans, and staff capabilities. The choice came down to the best fit in atmosphere, support, and cost. Garden Courte has been extremely helpful, open, accommodating, and consistent in communicating with me about my mother’s needs. The staff is excellent!
