The staff is so caring, takes great care of my mom. You can tell the cnas love what they do. The place is very clean and has a clean smell. Clothes and bedding are washed at least once a week. Administration people are not office behind the desk staff. They are involved with residents and workers. Meals are great and you can all ways ask for a sandwhich if you don't like the meal that is prepared. We have had a wonderful experience and been blessed.

I was a caregiver for a relative who was a resident at Garden Hill for about a year. We had a terrible experience at another assisted living facility in Columbus, and found Garden Hill through an internet search. I will echo what others have said-the administrator and staff were like family, and the facility was always clean. It is a smaller facility, but I've been told that is often better. I can't say enough about the care they provided, as well as the care Baptist Hospice gave her in the end. I wouldn't hesitate…

Mama passed away on [date removed] of this year. I could not have been happier with Garden Hill. They are small but that is what I wanted and very loving from aides to the Director. She seemed to enjoy the food. And, Baptist Hospice was wonderful. She could have afforded one of the big nice ones, but I feel she got more attention and care.

Garden Hill is a wonderful facility. We have had a great experience. My mom couldn't get any better care. They communicate very well with family. The staff and workers are so caring. The director is not just a desk person. She is involved with each resident -knows them and family and very compassionate. I recommend for anyone. The price is great!

They have been without an activities director for about 5 months. Someone was hired in the last couple of weeks and she has not done much but I am hoping once she is comfortable with the residents, more activities will be planned. This facility is very clean and the directors are great to work with.

They are not perfect but they are clean and the facility smells clean. They are so sweet, aides, nurses, meals are not wonderful but good enough for me. The staff are Christians, a plus for me. Mama was diagnosed end stage Alzheimer's and is on hospice. Baptist Hospice and I love them, had them when my husband was dying. They are small and I like that for my Mama.
