CriticalCleanliness was good, room size was great, staff was horrific. They should never have accepted my husband because they could not meet his needs. He had to be fed and they don't feed any of their residents. I only found that out after he was there. Also, I told them that my husband could get agitated and combative, and then once he was there, they seemed shocked by his agitation and combativeness. The staff was not trained to deal with this. They did an assessment before accepting him. I told them at the assessment …

Residents are always supervised, though dedicated one-on-one care must be arranged prior.
