The onboarding experience was seamless, smooth and comforting. Staff was engaging, smiling and happy at all times. But even more was the large number of tenants who were well dressed and engaged in all kinds of activities each time we visited. As well they have tenants who are badged as concierges that help all new tenants fit in with ease. My loved one's were previously residents at Gencare Lifestyle Tacoma at Point Ruston and overall their experience at this facility was good. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The care services, meals, activities and value for cost were all very good. However, there were significant issues with staff turnover at this facility. The staff turnover was particularly noticeable in the nursing care office and in food service.
