Review for Generations Memory Care

The location in proximity to where I live, how light and bright the facility is, the homey feel. I have zero regrets in choosing Generations. I believe they were the absolute best fit for my mom at that stage of her life.

The person who did the tour was not knowledgeable and did not make a good impression. The rooms were tiny, not homey. The overall feeling was depressing.

A caring and loving place for mom

I feel that my mom is in a safe space and they are looking out for her best interest. When I have had questions or concerns they have been quick to respond and have been very communicative.

Our experience at Generations has been above and beyond what we expected.

The staff have been very supportive. They were very flexible for us, considering the timing of our loved one's entry into the facility with Covid. They very much helped my wife and I out with the transition from his hospital stay to the facility. Obviously under the restrictions and everything they were dealing with, they handled that very well, and communicated very well with phone calls and emails to keep the family in the loop and supported.
