Many of the move in assistance wasn't there. I understood that they would help, for a fee, to hang pictures, mount TVs to the wall etc. and that was through a 3rd party I found out after they had moved in. They also added levels of care, "3" to my uncle, with ZERO added assistance, except monitoring or watching him. This was an added [Amount removed]. The people at the facility have been very nice. The facility is clean! The rooms are nice. The activities are great. They are very happy with the food! And happy hour…

My parents endured 5 months of continuous neglect. Care plan was not followed. Care conferences yielded no changes. Parents did not receive their showers, did not get clothing changed. Did not get checked on. Did not get assistance in bathroom. Missed so many meals they both lost a lot of weight. Laundry not done, bed rarely changed. Hall floors were mopped twice in 5 months. I was there to visit every other day as my aunt was bedridden and observed the many daily activities the residents participated in who were mobile. There were a couple of negatives , the biggest was transparency, was told the cook would talk to the resident on likes and dislikes of food ( did not happen) food was always brought cold to her room, coffee was always cold, so I always had to refill with fresh and hot, many times asked for something different ( and they supplied), and lastly, when her husband died we ha…

The staff were patient and caring. There was staff turnover that made activities inconsistent since there weren't always enough activity directors. Overall it was a good place to have my husband. The facility is well maintained and has a positive vibe.
