PositiveFamily friendly and clean place with responsive and knowledgeable staff.
Overall 5 on everything. They are good at communication and returning calls if there are questions. They promptly respond to our loved one when he needs help or extra assistance. The place is a bit outdated, but the new owners have been actively updating the facility. Great to see.

For the most part, the staff are great. When we moved my loved one in, the cleanliness wasn't great. I had to do some cleaning myself. The wait times for maintenance/repair requests could be quicker. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others, though it is pretty expensive.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They have been able to answer our questions and help us get all care organized. The food is good and there are stable options if something doesn't appeal to my grandma that day. There are a variety of activities and the facility is well kept. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend Gilman Park to other families.

This really is the place for you if you like your food to have salt, sugar, and/or fat. They serve a lot of it and they don't give many options. But aside from food issues, it's the turnover, the lack of concern, the general attitude by many who work there. Lately a few new hires have the compassion and integrity you would love to see at a place like this. Unfortunately for my friend, too little too late. So little care.
