★★★★★
CriticalThe building is not wheelchair friendly no doors on bathroom or bedroom to accommodate standard wheelchairs Call light response always greater than the 7-8 minutes they advertise. looks great in the lobby and dining room but the actual cleanliness of the rooms is poor we had to wait 3 weeks to get a housekeeper just recently so they didn't clean her room until I complained and then 2 weeks no cleaner ok we put her on the Thursday schedule again not done ok we will rotate to Friday and I leave for 2 weeks come back…
★★★★★
PositiveThey are taking very good care of my mom. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveThe people seem very nice, patient, and willing to help. Her move there happened very suddenly and they were able to get her in on short notice but it was a little chaotic at first. It got straightened out quickly though.
★★★★★
CriticalMy elderly friend doesn’t really care for the food, except for a few items. She also feels it is dirty and the housekeeping staff do not do a good job with her room. One time, one of the laundry staff didn’t show and she was without clean clothes for ten days. She said most of the staff is not friendly. I must tell you that she can be difficult and is very hard of hearing and has poor vision so that limits her interaction with others. The building is 40 years old and is worn. It shows. She is not happy.
