My mom is very happy there. The caregivers & medtechs are very nice. The activity director has plenty of activities going on everyday. And, the facility it is well kept and clean.

Overall, very pleased with Glassford Place for my Mother’s care. It has been a challenge getting my Mom’s medications under control with the staff but I believe that may finally be moving in the right direction. My Mom has settled in well and has stated that she enjoys the good food served.

I've been to Glassford Place at all times of the day and night; it's always clean. The staff treats the residents with the utmost respect. They get to know the names of each resident and treat each resident like family. They also get to know their likes and dislikes. My mother feels safe, which eleviates our worries that she's safe.

Very friendly and professional staff. Always very clean. Meals r well prepared and tasty. They r prompt when my mother in law presses the call button. The staff is attentive to her needs. They even set her up with a PCP, so she does not have to travel to the Doctor. They do a great job here. !
