They made a very smooth transition for my mom. The administrator is very kind and welcoming and the staff is lovely.

This is a very clean home, well decorated and warm. The staff is lovely and pays good attention to the patient’s needs, and the administrator is very good about attention to detail and getting back to me when I have questions. I feel it’s a very comfortable And good place for my mom to be.

It is a better placement than the big corporately owned places I have had him in before.

Grace Garden senior care has so far been exemplary. The staff are pleasant and attend to his needs in a much more personal experience than in the large corporate-owned facilities we had him placed in before. There are only 6 residents, who all get individualized care. The residents all eat together around the kitchen table. As a result the caregivers know what and if they're eating. Positive caring experience

Grace Garden Senior Care took care of our Mom who was under hospice care for several weeks. She was a challenging resident at times and her primary caregiver, [name removed] , was patient and caring. Our Mom was bed bound with a very limited diet. The house and room were pleasant and well maintained. The management is caring and easy to work with. A family member spent several hours each day providing companionship and extra care.

Would recommend with caveat about staffing issues.

So far I am satisfied with the care that my loved one is receiving. Both [name removed] and her husband [name removed] are doing a good job. I believe that their biggest problem is turnover. Care workers seem to come and go. I understand that this is a problem across the board, any place you would go. Too bad that there isn't a solution to the problem, a better training system in place, or whatever. A Caring Home for Your Loved One

They're very caring here. The owner is always receptive to anything, any questions. I can text her, and she always gets back to me. She's there often and overseeing what's going on. So I feel very comfortable with my loved one being here. I've been so happy with the situation here. After looking at other places, I feel it's a good value.
