Pleased

PROS: -dignity bibs (adult bibs are used during meals for protect clothing) -large resident rooms -high ceilings in dining areas and dining areas are large and open -diverse menu, delicious, healthy food -always easy to find a staff member, several staff always present in main area

Quality care

The staff is pretty helpful and communicates promptly. They adapt to help Dad, even if it's not something in the manual. And BTW, dad's always been a picky eater. So him not liking things on the menu is probably more him than Gramercy Court.

Friendly staff

I would say a 5 for all of those even though it is a case of getting what we pay for. They are under staffed, but I don't complain cuz the rate would be higher if they paid more. The price was good and the administrator really worked with us to reduce the monthly cost.

Gramercy Court review

Since California is the fruit basket of the U.S. I would like to see more fresh fruit and veggies served. I like the location and its proximity to numerous restaurants and that you take advantage of the [fee removed] Tuesday movies. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would recommend (with the disadvantages & advantages articulated.)

The location is very nice and the rooms are well taken care of with natural lighting which is wonderful. They are in smaller groupings which has advantages and disadvantages in terms of staffing perhaps a slight disadvantage in terms of a homey feel an advantage.

Review for Gramercy Court

Everyone I've met has been very helpful and friendly. We picked this community because of the pleasant setting, lots of activities and services.
