PositiveResidents were not in their rooms but out with others engaged in activities. Appreciated the whole person approach: physical, mental and spiritual components that affected their emotional well being. Staff seemed very engaged with residents. Also appreciated their organization and safety protocols that have been put in place. Their staff truly seemed to care about their residents.

One of the man reasons we chose GB was because of the inclusive pricing. The other MC locations we toured had different costs for varying levels of care and it got very confusing very quickly. Since selecting GB and moving my grandmother in, the staff has been friendly, the facility seems to be maintained well, and her overall care has been adequate.

PositiveRecommendation on Grand Brook
My husband was in the last stages of Parkinson's and he died one year ago, in February. He was in hospice and I liked that hospice took care of him from 6 am to 2 pm then the GB staff managed him the rest of the day. They got acquainted with him fairly fast. They could tell he was very sweet and treated him kindly. After his death they helped move out his belongings, so they could give me a prorated refund. I had a good experience all around, in spite of very difficult circumstances.
