The staff is very friendly and warm. There is a consistency in staffing with little noticeable changeover. They know my mom by name and are familiar with her needs, likes and quirks all of which give me and her comfort. PositiveWonderful Facility and Kind, Attentive Staff
Our mother moved into The Watermark when she relocated to the area to be closer to her family and she is very happy she did. The facility and living environment is very nice, but it is the wonderful and attentive staff who make it special. There are many activities for her to engage in and opportunities to make new friends. And the Watermark team does a wonderful job of helping her which helps us to rest easy that she is safe and well cared for. Thank you Watermark
