GL has gone thru some leadership & staffing changes. New Exec Director. New Director of Nursing. Both in February. Nursing Director just hired an assistant who I met in late March. Therapy team has one out on maternity leave & new speech therapist just hired. One of the Maintenance men past away about 3 wks ago. Mom moved at end of February. Our sales gal was amazing. Continues to be even tho no significant contact like initially but always willing to help or get an answer or offer an introduction. Lady who we to…

Great food, dining room service just okay. Apartment size okay but not what I would call large. Great activities. But difficult to get ahold of nurses and med techs, and assisted living services often not rendered at the level being paid for.

If you move there in independent living I think it would be great, lots to offer, very active community, assisted living didn't get hours of care we were expecting or paid for, which was disappointing but also I think very common. had to stay on them about the level of care. staff overall very helpful and caring

While the facility is beautiful and amenities plentiful, the care promised in Assisted Living is not what’s been received. Grand Living doesn’t live up to its name. Communication also lacking. Still no answers why meds were overlooked. We are experiencing a “bait & switch”. We do not recommend Grand Living. We were fooled by the “grand”.

The facility is gorgeous! Very high end and clean! Staff is amazing! Caring and kind at all time! To elaborate, food is fantastic. My dad just says he's feeling tired of the same things even with their fairly extensive menu. I think it's great, but that's his opinion living there.
