★★★★★
CriticalThere were lots of activities and the place was clean and pretty well run. We may or may not recommend due to how the situation ended. [name removed] got sick and sent to the emergency room. Once there we were told she couldn't come back. No transition plan and a bit heartless.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall family member has settled in nicely is assisted very well when needed. Staff is very friendly. Meals are good but he still complains sometimes. Activities are great and there are a variety of activities for everyone. People living there seem friendly and he has made a lot of friends. He enjoys all the activities and even helps to teach some games group exercise together and walks are organized for all and he likes to help with new people tour

PositiveMy parents have been at Granite Ledges for 3 months. I appreciate the welcoming environment. PositiveThis experience is more on our loved one, but it took him a bit to acclimate. The community is clean without being stifling and it is comfortable to live in. The staff members are great. We have had some medication communication hiccups. It is homely now ironed out. Our dad loves the variety of food they serve. Other than the occasional bingo and bridge, our loved one hasn't relayed much information Overall I believe it is pretty good.
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one is currently a resident at Granite Ledges of Concord and overall the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services provided are good. The meals, activities and value for cost are great. I would recommend this facility to others, I actually already have.
★★★★★
PositiveThe communication has been the one major positive takeaway. My loved one had a few issues and they have been fantastic about keeping us informed and offering suggestions on things we need to consider. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
