Staff is very friendly and proactive and responsive in helping in any way they can. We have enjoyed all the folks we have come in contact with. Food started out great but has fallen off some. They use to provide a menu with a couple of different selections each day and they stopped doing that. But overall, the taste and portion size is still good. So far we would rate them 5 - they have been lovely every step of the way and true to their word. From the experience with our sales rep, maintenance staff, and to the guys who man the front desk every day, everyone has been great and willing to help any way they can. Cleanliness is good across the board, with weekly housekeeping in every unit and all common spaces kept very clean.
