PositiveI DID A WALK THRU OF THE MEMORY CARE SIDE OF GREENTREE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE FOR MY WIFE. ''I FOUND IT'' THE OVERALL APPEARANCE WAS CLEAN, BRIGHT, AND WELL KEPT. THERE WERE PLENTY OF STAFF WORKING AND SEVERAL TOOK A SECOND TO GREET ME WITH A SMILE AND A HELLO. THE DINING AREA WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AS WAS THE SOCIAL/TV AREA AND HALLWAYS. MY GUIDE FOR THE TOUR WAS GREAT. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH SINCERE CONCERN ABOUT MY SITUATION AND NEEDS.

I honestly think each of those categories are five. Everyone seems very friendly. They plan many different types of activities for the residents. I like the location because it backs up to the woods.

Our loved one was previously a resident at GreenTree at Mt. Vernon and our experience at this facility was not good. The cleanliness was okay. The overall friendliness was pretty good. However, the care services were not great. At least not from our experience with our loved one. Ultimately, we decided to move our loved one to a different Memory Care facility.
