PositiveSo far in the past 3 weeks that my husband has been there, the personnel has been very helpful and friendly, room linens cleaned, with a variety of activities and also quiet time for everyone. I go there at different times/ different days, to have a general overview of the place.

Positive5. They were very good. The staff are very friendly and caring. They do a lot with the patients and yes we would recommend Grossmont Garden's Memory Care to other families.

CriticalThere is no consistency in care at Grossmont Gardens. My mom was not changed regularly, whenever I picked her up for a doctor's appointment I would have to leave very early knowing that she would be in no condition to go out. 1) She developed an awful rash, but no one bathing her thought to send her to the nurse. 2) There was an outbreak of scabies at the facility, no one notified me even as my mom had a rash on her wrist 3) I picked her up at 1am to take her to the Emergency Room, there was no one on the floor …

[name removed] was in a double that shared a bathroom with another double. I never say anyone use the…

PositiveMy dad has pretty severe dementia. He seems to be fitting in at Grossmont Gardens memory care pretty well. The staff there seemed kind and genuine. The facilities and food are good. My dad seems to be doing better there than he was at my house. He didn’t really have anybody to connect with while we were gone at work. I feel comfortable knowing that he has other people to hang out with during the day.
