Genuinely care about patients

They communicate very well. Make adjustments when needed. Very easy to deal with. We would recommend them without hesitation. The experience has been excellent. If something comes up the call us immediately.

My dad has been in 4 places and saved the best for last. For the last 4 months he was at Gulf Coast Memory in Estero. Sadly he passed away this week but I loved that facility. I wish I placed him there 3 years ago when he moved down to Florida. They are all so wonderful. The entire staff cares about every resident. Exceptional dedication

Genuine care, 24/7, everyone is doing a great job, from Management to the care team. [Name removed] and [name removed] are conducting the business, but you can see them walking the hallway and chatting with the residents, literally knowing everyone. I looked at many facilites and Gull Point by far is the safest and ADA appropriate for memory care. My husband and I had a horrible experience at the previous facility. He is happY!

Too Much Turnover

In just under a year, there has been two directors. Rehab Personnel is non-existent. Staff turnover to patient is tremendous. Kitchen staff morale is very low.
