PositiveStaff is the biggest plus. They are attentive, friendly and responsive. It has taken a bit of time for the new owners to settle into new procedures Only difficulty is occasional problems with the internet provider and tv provider. It takes several days to fix issues.

CriticalMy mom is in memory care, so our existence is limited to that hall. The care each day varies widely based on the staff on duty - some are incredible and work very had to assist the residents (many on this hall who need a lot of physical assistance ); others are often found sitting in the resident recliners on their phone with residents just parked all day in their wheelchairs. In those days, bathroom assistance or diaper changes were also sparse. They have a new head nurse who is aware and ready to make some change…

PositiveIt is close to my home and the staff is accessible and knowledgeable. It is one of the smaller facilities in Savannah but perfect for my dad who likes a quiet environment and still has plenty of activities and people to keep him engaged and feeling welcome. From the director who answered every question through [name removed] the maintenance guy who made sure dad's television was up and working five minutes after move in we couldn't ask for a better fit.
