Poor care and bad administration

This is not a good place to allow anyone to go. Unless they get new administration it is not going to get better. The administration does not help the aides if they are short and they make them work double shifts and even one time a triple shift. They do not have a housekeeper so nothing gets cleaned unless an aide does it. The food is not good as they don't have staff to fill spots and many days they need to order out pizza or they give them a mixture of all the leftovers. The aides do not stay in the dining room …

Hamilton Park Place review

It was like a breath of fresh air and new my mom was being cared for. The staff were very caring and friendly. The director was great at her job really cared about the residents. Nurse on staff. Had a very nice dining room with three meals a day. They had a chef in the kitchen. They had bingo, exercise time, music entertainment, card games, puzzles and a spa hot tub residents could enjoy. My mom loved the hot tub. My mom had her own private room with 2 closets and her own private bathroom with a walk in shower.

needs new management, lack of care, do not move a loved one here

They talk it up before you move in and then it is crap once you are there. Admins are a joke and don't take their job seriously. If staff does not show up, admins will not come in. They scheduled a worker for 3- 16 hour shifts in a row and when she told them she was mentally and physically exhausted they told her to suck it up and if she didn't like it to go home. This place with the Administrators they have is no good. They need new people to run it.

Nice Staff

The cleanliness is good. The food is okay, there is no complaints. It would be nice if they offered activities, for the residents. We picked this community, because it's close to my home, and seemed like the best fit for my loved one, who seems to be very happy. They take good care of my loved one.

Hamilton Park Place

What we like about Hamilton Park Place is that it is a small, well run community. With the staff that cares and is willing to go the extra mile. Opportunities for improvement - we wish they had a little more activity planned, but that's the tradeoff of a smaller facility.

Positive

dad and step mom loves it

This is a great place. The room sizes are nice and they have different floor plans available. The food is very good and up until covid, they liked it very much. They currently have their food delivered to their room and the variety has changed I would recommend this community to others.
