PositiveI have lived here a year. It is quiet and clean. The restaurant is not too good. They have many activities if you want that. They had an A/C problem and I had no air for 3 weeks. It was 84 in my apartment. They did supply the people who stayed with portable air units. It was still 84 in here. I can't walk so I had too stay. Overall it is an okay place.

PositiveThe staff is friendly and attentive, especially the maintenance staff. Problems are taken care of usually the same day. Most of the office staff is friendly and amenable. There are 2 ladies that take care of cleaning the common areas, and they do a very good job. As for the dining, that leaves a little to be desired. The staff is good, but the menu needs to be updated. The menu hasn't changed in the 2 years I have been here. The specials they run are sort of hit and miss.
