PositiveI recently moved my dad into the memory care unit at Harbor at Hillsdale Senior Living, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment he arrived, the staff attended to his every need and went out of their way to make him feel at home. They treated him with kindness, compassion, and genuine care, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Visiting was always a joy because I felt just as welcome as he did. ★★★★★
PositiveDirector [name removed] never returned my phone calls. My mom LOVES the chef and food. Staff sometimes enter her room unannounced, she really dislikes this.
★★★★★
Positivecare givers were so kind and capable of providing great care for my husband. I had only one issue that was difficult when my husband fell out of bed and Atria would not allow bed rails to prevent that - their answer was for me to pay [amount removed] per week to hire a care giver to watch him all night, every night! Only when he went on hospice did we get a bed that prevented his falling.
★★★★★
PositiveThey get a 5 for the stage of life my Mom was in, Atria was a very caring place for her. I would definitely recommend Atria to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.
