They left my mother in bed for 18 months and did very little hygiene with her! They gave my mother 1 day to find another place to move! Was not fair, Especially with what they were charging!

PositiveHighly recommend!
We are so happy we chose Harbor Homes. This is a transition we never thought we would have to make and we can't imagine doing it any other place. The staff is amazing. They are the most caring group of people!!! They love my dad and we love them for that!!!

They are having a lot of problems keeping staff. They also do not follow through on requests-such as giving my Dad his Repatha meds for his heart. I'm taking my parents out at the end of the month. I have more insight than other families as I was a life care coordinator. One thing that's not my parents but upsets me is that a resident there clearly has dementia. She needs one on one care. But she's left to roam the halls alone. I watch CNA's ignore her. It makes me very upset. It could be a great place. It's jus…
