PositiveMy meeting with Harbor Village was really great! I had prepared a list of questions that were all answered. The apartment was very nice, and I especially liked that Harbor Village is in a residential community, with a lot of plants and trees--nature abounds!

There have been several errors on my bills. When I try to contact the person generating them both times I called for multiple weeks, leaving messages and she didn't respond. Took almost 3 weeks to get it resolved. Frustrating. I prefer to eat my own cooking for now. Wish kitchen (refrigerator and stove in particular) weren't EasyBake oven size. The rest is fine.

Staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. Although it might be an older building, that is a bonus as the rooms are much larger. Parking is a little bit limited, but if your parent should no longer be driving, that turns out to be a benefit.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a musical event at Allen Harbor featuring the talented pianist known as Jazzou. His performance was unlike anything I have ever heard, the way he played the piano was absolutely mesmerizing. He knew so many of our favourite songs.
