CriticalHarmony in general is very nice aesthetically. Lots of activities and very active socially. But memory care is sterile, smelly, and sad. Getting in and out of that wing was very frustrating because you have to wait for someone to physically come to the door to let you in. There were many times that I spent 5 to even 10 minutes just waiting at a door both coming and going just to gain access.
