CriticalWould not recommend their memory care.
It was a poor experience due to lack of communication within the staff. No one ever fully understood my dad's condition and physical short comings that resulted from the stroke.

CriticalHarmony was well run and clean when my parents moved in. The had their place cleaned regularly. But over the last several months they were there, the place became dirtier and lacked maintenance. The cleaning crew lied about cleaning my parent's apartment and it became filthy. I moved my parents out in April. The communication about activities is almost non existent. Whenever my mother would try to join an activity, she would find it had been moved or postponed without notice.

PositiveMom is very happy with the food. The staff that is there are all wonderful. There are lots of activities to choose from. It is a very nice facility. Our only problem so far is that they seem to be having a problem keeping housekeeping staff to clean residents apartments. Oh, and one of the elevators has been broken for a long time.
★★★★★
PositiveThey try, understaffed but they try. The meals are good and the room size is spacious for a single person.
★★★★★
CriticalThere isn't many spaces for parking if you are on the independent side most are for charter members. They also do not follow specific diet instructions in her case they cook with seasonings that she can't have. One of the night receptionist is very confrontational if you don't agree with her. They also didn't have anything to help as we moved my mother in law in They said we should've hired movers.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's a low key, relaxed environment with staff and residents who try to be helpful. It seems to me that Harmony continues to evolve.
