★★★★★
CriticalIt looks great from the outside, and the price seemed better than many others in the area. The food is just ok, and seldom as advertised. My mother's apartment is nice and pretty spacious. Most of the staff are very good-especially [name removed]. They currently do not have a hair salon, so that is something my mother misses. Overall it's pretty clean, though I don't think my mom's apartment has had a deep clean since she moved in. I would recommend it to others, but would do so cautiously.

PositiveI have not been there during the day Monday -Friday. Weekends have different employees. They do not come around when family is there. That is what [name removed] told me when I asked why none of the staff is around when I am there. [name removed] is very helpful. When I ask questions about the paperwork to file insurance claim, ask about the Dr on Staff, and about the meals being served, she responds quickly, even at night at 9:00 pm when I thought she would respond the next day. I would recommend them.

PositiveEvery one was very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of details about all of the activities they offer. Also received helpful financial information and a tour of the rooms.

Positive[name removed] was very nice and informative. She answered all our questions and explained what their employees are trained in to help the residence live in a safe, friendly environment. Was there in the evening and mother has not moved in yet.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was very attentive, friendly, caring. When my Mom called for assistance they were timely, which was something that was a priority for me. Food was good when eaten in the dining room. When it was Delivered to the apt it was cold and unappealing. I know it's very head to deliver food an it he hot when it arrives Although my Mom didn't participate in many of the activities because she was up to it, they did offer a nice variety and had a nice schedule of activities. The apt was very nice and spacious an…
★★★★★
PositiveIt's a lovely facility, and the people have been very nice. They do not have the menu selections they portray, and the follow up by administration has not been great. They seem to be whet-staffed in many areas. Overall, we are happy with our decision, and in comparison to other facilities on the State College area, it appears to be a decent value (they are all over priced)
