Disappointed

Activities Director and Concierge ([name removed] and [name removed]) are absolutely darling - kind, patient, engaged! And the residents are truly a family - darling! ED is useless, non responsive, zero follow up and frequently absent. Staff turnover is entirely too high. Two Clinical Directors in five months and two of those months there wasn't one at all. Housekeeping is non existent. Overall - disappointed. Started off fantastic, perhaps new leadership and ownership contributed to the deterioration we witnesse

I visited the facility to evaluate for a memory care facility for my wife. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Location is convenient and very accessible. The facility has appropriate accommodations and cost is reasonable. We are considering making application.

Caring and efficient staff in a nice atmosphere

My mom has lived at HH over 2 years now.She gets along well with the staff and really feels at home here. There are problems wherever you go but here, the director [name removed]. will work with you to manage anything that comes up. We just attended a mother’s day luncheon today and it was very fun, good food and always so clean. If you’re looking for a smaller, safe, assisted living, this is the place for you. They recently changed their oversight Corporation and made the transition with flair. A very nice home en

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mom's room in memory care is very large. They have activities going on all day in Memory Care.

Truly, a Loving, Caring, experience for my Loved One

My husband has lived at Harvest Home Assisted Living since [date removed]. I can honestly say that every concern can be brought to light and addressed with management. I see - on a daily basis - only caring people who are striving every day to do their best for the residents. Residents are treated with kindness and love. I have not had any reason to be concerned about the medications that my husband receives each day and at different times during the day - the "Med Techs" always check if there is a question about a

?? Extreme Warning??

The facility's leadership has worsened under the current Executive Director, who was hired two years ago. Key issues include: • Inexperienced staff hired to dispense medications and care for residents. • High staff turnover and excessive overtime for remaining staff, leading to burnout and compromised care. • Memory care residents left unsupervised, leading to unsafe conditions such as missed meals and physical altercations. • Critical safety concerns are ignored, including a backed-up sewage line in the kitche
