PositiveThe facility was beautiful. Very new looking and very clean. [name removed] was just wonderful on the tour. I loved the size of the apartments and the amenities included. The memory care units are some of the largest and most comfortable Ive seen in my search for a place for my mother. The only issue is that there is really no Elderly Waiver situation for the memory care unit, and that may be something that we eventually will need. Havenwood of Burnsville has been home for 3 members of my family from Independent living to assisted living to even memory care. While the facility is really nice— it's the staff that stand out. All of my family members have been treated with kindness, warmth, and dignity.
