PositiveI answer "5" on all categories. Hawthorne has been wonderful to my husband. Everyone is loving and very caring and supportive. The facility is kept extremely clean everyday. The food is tasty and healthy. They offer activities, although my husband has not been joining in, but that's his choice. The administration has been very attentive to his needs. I can't say enough about the angels at Hawthorne.

PositiveThe facilities are all nice. The apartments are clean and it's nice that they each have their own lanai. I haven't eaten there but I've seen the salad bar and the meals that are served are on real plates, not like the last place. I think the only complaint she would have is not enough bingo and other activities to do.

CriticalSadly my Mom is there for now. The sales team is great but once you are in nothing ever gets fixed. All residents complain about the food. But 5 months ago my Mom's AC failed and is still not fixed. I have complained as high up their management ladder I can find. And have heard 2 weeks to repair for 4 months. Their solution is a floor unit in my Mom's small family room which sits in the middle of the floor. Worse, there's no room for a unit in her bedroom.
