All in all.... a better experience than I expected.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Operations and follow-through are pretty good but, could be improved. On-site medical support is excellent, especially when using Align Healthcare Medicare Advantage plan. Good is very good. Music and entertainment is definitely better than expected. Rooms and suites are a nice plus. My primary concern for my mother was that she be safe and in an environment where the staff cares and is competent. Our experience

What we like the most about the community is that it is full services. The staff members are very nice and proficient. There are a lot of seniors at various stages of mental and physical developments. There are also a lot of activities. Yes we would recommend Hazel Cypen Tower to other families.

Nice room, lovely view. Good activities, movies are too old and dated. Food is fair, could be better choices, I miss pork . Staff is a disaster, waitresses are super loud and unorganized , can't remember the orders. Some appear confused by demanding customers. Security in my bldg , ICT, is poor, no one covers the front desk after dinner, front door is open all night, people making food deliveries seen wandering around halls at night looking for their customer.
