If someone did answer, they didn't identify the facility name, nor did they identify who I was speaking with. As a client services representative in my banking career, I find that to be very unprofessional. I never knew up front if I dialed the correct phone number, or to whom I was speaking to? [name removed] and [name removed] were very warm and sympathetic of my dad's passing, and our family received a nice car…
