They have a great staff and it's a smaller facility. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

WOW! Hearthside Manor is a beautiful facility. It is clean and updated, the Residents are always socializing, doing activities, strolling outside or taking a trip somewhere. The Staff really seems to care. They know every Resident so well, and everyone is smiling every time I visit! This is the way our Seniors should be taken care of and supported.

Current administrator is not qualified

We placed a loved one at Hearthside Manor in [removed date]. At that time, I would have rated them a 5 out of 5. But with the experience beginning in [removed date], until we loved our loved one in [removed date], it was beyond terrible. The current administrator is unqualified, rude, arrogant and condescending. He does little to try and interact with residents or family members. Hearthside Manor has proven to be an excellent choice for my mother. She entered the facility one year ago and the staff has been attentive and caring and worked hard to gain her trust. My mom enjoys the meals that are prepared for each resident with consideration toward their personal dietary restrictions. Peace of mind

When my sister and I walked into Hearthside Manor looking for a home like environment for our 97 year old Mom, we realized it fit her needs quite well. The warm welcoming staff set us right at ease and we knew it was the place after months of looking for a good place for her.
