PositiveA Good Place For Mom
We have been very happy with Hearthstone. It would be a 5 for all. Very friendly staff, the facility is not luxurious but clean and well cared for. Comfortable and attractive surroundings, nice people. It's a good place. Highly recommend.

From what I have heard from my loved one, everyone has been very welcoming. She really likes the food and she is enjoying the views of the grounds and is looking forward to walking outside when the weather warms up. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Overall, my loved one is settling in and is liking it there. It was a difficult transition from rehab, there were so many mistakes on the orders, and a lot of things that were promised to us at the assisted-living did not happen, and we had to follow up on them ourselves. Before she moved in, there was great communication and they made it sound like they had everything organized and ready for her to move in.
