Homes feature an owner's suite with a large walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Upgrades, such as cultured-marble counters, are also available in some homes. The Evander Series includes homes ranging from 2,515 to 2,873 square feet. The Ethan, The Elizabeth, and The Everly feature two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and attached three- to four-car garages. Additional features include gourmet kitchens with a pantry and an island, and extra space in the garage, and a covered patio. Las Vegas, NV Area Heritage at Stonebridge will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This prime location will put residents in easy reach of necessities and interesting opportunities. Residents will also be close to any daily conveniences they may need, including grocery stores, like Albertsons and Vons, as well as Walmart. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens and CVS. Heritage at Stonebridge will also be close to multiple health care providers, including MountainView Hospital, Kindred Hospital Las Vegas, and Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
