Many amenities and interesting activities are just a short drive away, too. The Lynchburg Museum provides a look at Lynchburg’s history from its location in the old courthouse. ★★★★★
PositiveThe thing that makes Heritage Green so good is the staff. Friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about memory care. It’s unfortunate to have to place a loved one in memory care, thank goodness there are professional staff and a secure facility as an option. And the people at Heritage Green are so easy to work with and understanding. They keep the facilities clean and secure and engage with the residents constantly. I appreciate everyone at Heritage Green.
★★★★★
PositiveMy uncle lives here and really enjoys his time there. The staff are very caring and really passionate about elder care. When he moved in he was very depressed and antisocial and he has really began to find his happiness and voice again! I would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
PositiveMy family member moved to Heritage Green and I have been pleased with the care. I toured several facilities in town and the home like atmosphere seemed like the right place. I also liked that the staff seemed to know all the residents. It’s clean and laundry is included.
★★★★★
PositiveMy father in law went to Heritage Green this summer and we’ve been very pleased with the care. He has declined quickly and the staff there has taught us what to expect with someone with dementia. It’s comforting being able to leave and know he is being cared for. The food is always good and he gained a few pounds, which was needed. He doesn’t participate in many activities, but he enjoys watching.
★★★★★
PositiveI give them all 5s, they are not perfect but my husband was hard to manage at first and they were willing to give him a chance. This was the third facility he had been in.
★★★★★
PositiveHeritage Green encourages double occupancy rooms which can be difficult. The rooms are small, and therefore crowded; especially with wheelchairs or other necessities. Memory care (my stepmom) is highly recommend. Assisted Living (father) is moderate recommendation.
