Heritage in the Hills has a homeowners' association that makes for a well-run community. The dues include lawn mowing, snow removal services and maintenance of the attractive common areas. In addition, security is maintained via a 24-hour gated entrance, and the neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly with wide sidewalks and well-lit streets. Heritage in the Hills Amenities A 7,000 square-foot clubhouse functions as the hub of Heritage in the Hills. Residents have a fitness center at their disposal and can also relax over a game of billiards or cards. Heritage in the Hills provides an outdoor pool behind the clubhouse for keeping in shape and healthy. There is a hot tub as well for resting after workouts and for socializing and enjoying the outdoors. A tennis court, bocce ball area and putting green beckon, and the community contains many walking trails.
