About Heritage Palms Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club, often referred to as Heritage Palms is a prominent active golf community in Fort Myers, Florida. This gated community was established in 1999 by U.S. Homes and offers residents an array of affordable homes to choose from. Buyers can select from floor plans that feature three to five bedrooms, a den, two to three bathrooms and a two-car garage. The most luxurious homes in the community are the 69 custom-built Enclave homes that range in size from 2,794 to 4,273 square feet.
